New to Yoga?

You’ll fit right in at Yoga Theorem. Just choose a class from our schedule and show up to the studio a few minutes early to sign up.

All new students can take advantage of our intro special, $30 for 30 days of unlimited yoga.

What to do...

  • Wear comfortable workout clothes that let you stretch and work up a sweat.

  • Bring a yoga mat, towel, and water. All of these are available to rent or buy at the studio if you forget something.

  • Our doors are open 30 minutes before the start of class.

  • Check in at the front desk, fill out a new student form, and get a quick tour.

  • Please turn your cell phones off or to vibrate upon entering the studio.

  • Please leave bags, phones, and other personal items in the lobby.

 

Class Descriptions:

Basics

This class is the perfect way to learn yoga fundamentals in a relaxed environment. Students that are new to yoga will learn all of the basics, and more seasoned yogis can work on polishing and improving their yoga practice.

Yoga for Athletes

Yoga for Athletes is a medium-paced class with transitions between poses. Similar to a flow class, the focus is on strength, alignment, core, and working the major muscle groups.

Meditate and Restore

Meditate and Restore is a slow, non-heated, restorative class. 30 minutes of guided mindfulness meditation, and 30 minutes of all-levels restorative poses.

Flow

Yoga for strength - A faster paced, “flow” class moving from one pose to another at a medium speed.

Sequence to a Posture

Sequence to a posture will warm you up with a shorter sequence set designed to warm up the muscles, culminating in a specific posture.

Yin Yoga

Relieve muscular tension, increase blood and lymphatic circulation, and promote hydration of the tissues. Non-heated. 

Theorem for a Cause

This is an all-level classes that is 100% donation-based. All of the funds raised are donated to a local charity. Medium heat.
